✤ Thanks to the multi-step process, including two high-temperature kiln firing of 1220°, all products are durable.

For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated by region at checkout.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, a partial refund of fifty percent will be issued.
Every order is shipped with full insurance. In the rare case of damage during transit, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
USA and Canada orders are shipped with express delivery via DHL.
For all other destinations, express shipping is available, and the cost will be calculated at checkout.
